Privacy Policy

If you use the contact form, I collect the details you enter: your name, work email, role, institution, charter number if you provide one, and your message.

If you request a download or subscribe to the newsletter, I collect your email address.

These submissions are sent to HubSpot, which I use to receive and manage them.

Your answers are kept in your own browser while you work through the assessment. If you ask for your results, they are saved on a server so that your results link keeps working.

Messages you type into the chat widget are sent to Anthropic, which generates the replies. Please do not enter sensitive personal or financial information into the chat.

The AI Governance & Exam Readiness project has a sign-in area. Signing in uses an emailed link, and account and organization records are stored in a Supabase database. A session cookie keeps you signed in.

The site does not currently load third-party analytics or advertising scripts. The cookies it sets are the ones needed to keep a signed-in session working.

Like most sites, the server may briefly use your IP address to limit repeated requests to forms and the chat assistant.

Information is shared only with the services described above (HubSpot, Anthropic, Supabase, and the hosting and storage providers that run the site). I do not sell personal information.
